Admission Requirements and Procedures


Applicants to the NAWCC School of Horology must have their high school diploma or G.E.D. The school does not accept enrollment from persons of compulsory elementary or secondary school level.

To apply for program admission to the School, applicants must complete and sign all Applications for Admission/Enrollment Agreements for each repair course contained in the program. The signed and completed applications, for full program enrollment, should be returned to the Registrar, at the NAWCC School of Horology with a registration fee of $150.00 and a program deposit of $1000.00 for the Clock Repair Program. The Watch Repair Program enrollment, for the full program, requires the completion of Applications for Admission/Enrollment Agreements for each repair course contained in the program, a registration fee of $120.00 and a program deposit of $800.00. The Complete Horological Repair Program enrollment, requires the completion of Applications for Admission/Enrollment Agreements for each repair course contained in the program, a registration fee of $150.00 and program deposit of $1,800.00. Each applicant must submit a copy of their high school diploma or G.E.D. in order to qualify for acceptance into all programs. Photo identification must be provided with application for enrollment. A copy of photo drivers license or passport photo page is required at the time of enrollment. These school policies will not be waived.

Attached to the enrollment agreement package is the school’s payment plan. This agreement must be signed and returned with the applications for enrollment agreements. The Clock Repair Program consists of ten payments. Each payment is due and payable at the beginning of each course in the following amounts. Registration fee is $150.00 and the program deposit is $1,000.00.. The amount of $780.00 per payment after registration fees and program deposit is due for C-100, C-300, C-400, C-500, C-700, S-100, CM-400 and C-900. A payment of $340.00 is due at the beginning of each of remaining courses C-200 and C-600. The payment plan for the Watch Repair Program consists of eight payments. Each payment is due and payable at the beginning of each course, in the following amounts. Registration fee is $120.00 and the program deposit is $800.00. The amount of $1,220.00 per payment is due for W-100, W-200, W-300, W-400, W-600, W-700 and L-100 after registration fee and deposits; $780.00 per payment is due at the beginning of the remaining program course, W-500. Students wishing to pay the entire amount may do so at anytime. The payment plan for the Complete Horological Repair Program consists of eighteen payments. Registration fee is $150 and the program deposit is $1,800.00. The amount of $1,220.00 per payment for W-100, W-200, W-300, W-400, W-600, W-700 and L-100 after registration fee and deposits; $780.00 per payment is due at the beginning of the remaining program course, W-500, as well as, the C-100, C-300, C-400, C-500, C-700, S-100, CM-400 and C-900 clock courses in the program. The remaining tuition payments for the C-200 and C-600, is $340.00 each. Payments are payable on the first day of each course.

Upon receipt of the payment agreement, the applications and registration fee and program deposit, the School will notify the applicant in writing regarding the status of their enrollment. An applicant not accepted into a repair program will receive a full refund of the fees and tuition paid to date.

The watch and clock repair program courses are limited to (9) Nine students per class. Filled classes have waiting lists available for interested students. Should cancellations occur creating a class opening, students are notified in the date order in which applications were received.
