A photo of the Lux Clock Manufacturing Company in Waterbury, CT, is featured on the front cover this month, along with the seasonal "Christmas Wreath" Lux-Keebler pendulette clock which is further described on page 753 of Mel Kaye's pendulette clock article. The factory photo, from the archives of the Mattatuck Museum, may have been taken in the early 30s - during a time when the Lux Clock Manufacturing Company was producing several thousand pendulette clocks per day.
