Rounding up tools use a unique cutter which allows it to cut the rounded edge of the tooth. These cutters only have teeth on about 214 degrees of the circle. The blank section of the tooth or a form fitted to the blade keeps the blade from cutting at the bottom of the tooth and angles it to give the rounded cut at the top. Donated by Jean M.
