Graduates of these programs, fully equipped with knowledgeable skills in the art of watch and clock repair, can expect to attain at least an entry-level position in their field. The School has fully equipped class/lab rooms for clock and watch repair classes. There are workbenches in each classroom that are furnished with the necessary tools and materials needed during each class.

Clock repair courses include Chime Clock Repair, Day and Cuckoo Clocks, Antique Long Case and Fusee Clocks, Wooden Clock Repair, Platform Escapements, etc. Watch repair courses include Staffing, Jewelling, Escapements, Hairsprings, Wristwatches, Battery Watches, Repair Problems, Horological Lathes, etc.

The NAWCC School of Horology continues in the tradition of training watchmakers and clockmakers by offering a complete horological repair program. Combining the Watch Repair and Clock Repair Programs, this program takes 56 weeks to complete.

Specialty Courses & Avocational Programs for the Hobbyist

The School of Horology also provides specialty courses and avocational programs for the hobbyist. These courses  include Reverse Painting on Glass, Clock Case Restoration, etc. Although school certificates and diplomas are not available for these courses, you can become more knowledgeable in specific areas pertaining to your own horological interests and passions.
